A London Police Service media release:
On Monday, July 26, 2010, at 11:05am, an alert citizen observed two males entering into a vacant building located at 1156 Dundas St and called police. Officers responded and with the assistance of a K9 unit, two males were located inside of the building and arrested.
Lionel Alfred ROSSIGNOL, 43 of London, and Christopher Alphonso KELLY, 42 of London, are both charged with one count each of breaking and entering.
