LTC 2010 Marketing Plan

Contained within a recommendation to its Commissioners is a recognition that although ridership tanked during the 1990s, LTC has not directly invested a significant amount of money in promoting general service/ridership:

Unfortunately, Because of a lack of cooperation by LTC, Online London is unable to webcast meetings from its Highbury Ave. location. We apologize to those who have been enjoying webcasts of LTC meetings from City Hall these past few months. However, we will be at the meeting, as usual, in order to inform interested Londoners about the issues affecting the delivery of public transportation in our community. Albeit in a slightly delayed fashion.
