A London Police Service media release:
On Wednesday September 1st, 2010 at approximately 2:30 AM the London Police were on patrol in the area of York Street and Rideout Street when the sound of breaking glass was heard. Police investigated and found a male, with a bag over his head, that had eyes holes cut out, along with having socks on his hands. The male was in front of a business at 57 York Street with an alarm sounding and a smashed window. The damage to the window is approximately $2000.
Hoai Nguyen, 38 years old of London is charged with break and enter, possession of break and enter tools, wearing a disguise and breach of probation.
