A London Police Service media release:
On Wednesday September 1st, 2010 the London Police responded to the area of 225 Hamilton Road for a report of about 10 people smoking drugs. Upon arrival police encountered an extremely intoxicated male stumbling around. This male became increasingly aggressive and argumentative towards the police. After the male was arrested he spat on police and kicked police.
Tyler Abel, 24 years old of London is charged with two counts of assault police under the Criminal Code of Canada, as well as being intoxicated in a common area, under the Liquor Licence Act.
