On September 4, 2010 London Police Service became aware of Mr. CAREW’s arrival in London and we have been in contact with him. Both the public and Mr. CAREW can be assured that London Police will be monitoring him closely. If you do see Mr. CAREW, exercise caution and do not approach him.
