A London Police Service media release:
On July 8th, 2011, at 10:35 AM, London Police responded to the area of Highbury Avenue and Edgevalley Road for a motor vehicle collision. A vehicle making a right turn from Edgevalley Road onto Highbury Avenue, struck a 60 year old male who was crossing the road on his bike. The male was taken to hospital with minor, non-life threatening injuries.
The driver has been charged with failing to yield to traffic on a through highway as a result of the collision.
