A London Police Service media release:
Police are asking for the public’s assistance to identify the vehicle and driver involved in a pedestrian hit and run collision that occurred on Friday afternoon, August 26, 2011.
At approximately 2:55 p.m. on Friday a pedestrian crossing Trafalgar Street was struck by a red Dodge Dakota pickup that turned onto Trafalgar Street from Marconi Boulevard.
The pedestrian suffered non-life threatening injuries as a result of the collision.
The driver of the wanted truck, which fled westbound on Trafalgar Street and possibly onto Clarke Road, was described as a male with darker skin, possibly tanned, in his twenties with a moustache and goatee.
